Stolen Pictures Disclaimer
It has recently come to my attention that there are several “personals” internet websites that display stolen photos and profiles claiming to be me, Desiree Diaz. Additionally, these illegitimate profiles solicit money & merchandise from potential victims. A few examples have been found at YAHOO©, MATCH.com© & MySpace©. I want all of my fans and victims of these entities to know that these postings are illegal and 100% false. My photos and profile are not posted anywhere other than my personal site and other authorized modeling related websites.
If you have fallen prey to one of these criminal elements, I find it regrettable and I am saddened you have been subjected to the actions of these detestable people. I obviously have no control over what others do with copyrighted & stolen material.
Lastly, if you are aware of any website with a profile attempting to solicit money or merchandise in my name, please let me know a.s.a.p.
